in an authentic Spanish town.
The Costa del Sol (sunshine coast) in Southern Spain combines a fantastic climate year round with some outstanding beaches and excellent infrastructure along the 160 km coast, making it a naturally popular destination for tourists from all around the world. Due to it's excellent climate, the Costa del Sol is enjoyed not only in the summer months, but throughout the year. Every taste is catered for whether you want to relax on the golden beaches, visit the many different tourist attractions or just soak up the local atmosphere (and excellent cuisine) and enjoy some outdoor activities such as walking, cycling, hiking and golf.
Easily accessible from Malaga Airport and less than an hour from the bustling coast, you can discover the renowned Andalucian region, famous for it's "pueblos blancos" (white villages) due to the whitewashed houses. Once Spain´s poorest region, Andalucia is now one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, due to its sandy beaches, magnificent mountain ranges, beautiful countryside, historic monuments and friendly locals who welcome with warmth and hospitality. The Andalucian region is also home of the flamenco and bullfighting, which can be enjoyed at many of the countless ferias and romerias. Another unique character of this enchanting region are the remnants of its Moorish past.
Andalucia is made up of eight provinces, each one is named after it's capital city:
Cadiz, Cordoba, Jaen, Huelva, Almeria, Malaga, Granada and Seville.
In the heart of this beautiful region, lies the town of Estepa. Situated on the "crossroads" of the regions most popular provinces; Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Sevilla, this town is rich in both it's culture and it's beauty making it the ideal location either as a relaxing holiday getaway or as an excellent base for expoloring the wider area.
